Quick answer
Delhi Lakshmi Yojana payment information for your own application is available only on the official portal, dly.delhi.gov.in. The headline benefit is ₹2,500 per month for an approved beneficiary. We do not publish payment dates that have not been officially confirmed, and we never ask for bank details.
Where to check payment information
The official portal is the only place that reflects your own position. Open dly.delhi.gov.in directly, find the status or payment section, and follow the instructions there. Keep your acknowledgement details to hand.

How the Monthly Benefit Is Paid
Reported Not yet verified by us on an official page. Treat as indicative.
The monthly assistance is not necessarily paid out as unrestricted cash. Reporting of the scheme guidelines describes two structures a beneficiary may choose between.
| Choice | How ₹2,500 per month is applied |
|---|---|
| Option 1 | ₹1,500 into a recurring/fixed deposit in the beneficiary’s name and ₹1,000 into a digital (CBDC / e-Rupee) wallet. |
| Option 2 | The full ₹2,500 into a recurring/fixed deposit in the beneficiary’s name. |
Reported by mainstream news outlets from the scheme guidelines. Confirm the option applicable to you on the official portal before choosing.
This is why some beneficiaries see less than ₹2,500 as spendable money. Reporting of the scheme guidelines describes part of the amount going into a deposit in the beneficiary’s own name. It is still her money; it is simply not all immediately liquid. Our installment page goes into more detail.
Delhi Lakshmi Yojana payment kab milega?
We will not guess. Payment schedules are decided and published by the Government of Delhi, and publishing an unconfirmed date would do more harm than saying plainly that we do not have one. The latest official information should be checked on the Government of Delhi portal.
What we can say without speculating:
- Approval comes before payment. An approved application still goes through benefit processing.
- Payment follows the account and option recorded against your application, so an error there delays money rather than losing it.
- The official portal is where any change to your own payment position will appear first.
If payment has not arrived
Work through the boring possibilities before assuming something has gone wrong:
- Confirm on the portal that your application is actually approved, not still under review.
- Check whether part of the benefit went to a deposit rather than to a spendable balance.
- Confirm the account recorded against your application is in your own name and active.
- Look for any pending action flagged against your application.
If something on our pages is out of date, please tell us through the Correction Policy.
Payment scams to watch for
- Calls or messages asking for an OTP “to release your payment”. No government process needs your OTP.
- Requests for a processing fee to unlock a benefit.
- Links to lookalike domains that are not .gov.in.
- Anyone claiming they can move your application up the queue.
